# we have a climber

We talked about climbing out of the crib over and over again yesterday. Emma kept repeating that she stays in the crib and just calls me. No climbing out. Not even a minute after I put her in last night she climbed out. We went through months and months of no problems at bedtime, but now she gets a death grip on my neck when I try to put her down and screams. Not fun.

She ended up falling asleep and only waking up once at 2:30 AM. We left her bedroom door open a little bit so when she called me I just yelled back to her. She rolled over and went back to sleep. This morning when she got up at 6:15 she swung her leg over the side, but I yelled to her to stay there and she did until I came to get her. All in all it was a pretty successful night compared to the night before. Lets hope we can keep this up…
