# happy birthday emma!

At school the kids get to bring in a special birthday snack on their birthday. Emma never gets a chance since her birthday is in August, but her class is celebrating the summer birthdays during the last two weeks of school. Emma was very excited today was her birthday!

We spent a lot of time at the store yesterday picking out the perfect birthday snack. She chose popsicles and cheese cubes. At school she got a hat, a sticker, a bracelet, the kids sang happy birthday to her and she got 5 birthday claps.
