# my own bike

I don’t know the last time I owned a bike. I don’t really remember riding a bike very much as a kid, only rollerblading. I’m also pretty sure I never had a bike with gears. Beach cruisers are more my speed.

Now that Emma is without training wheels there is no way I can keep up with her without a bike. This weekend I got a new bike and Olivia got a hand-me-down trailer from our neighbors.
