It’s bad when the receptionist at the pediatricians office recognizes my voice on the phone. We had to skip the zoo today to take Olivia to the doctor. She had a fever last night, and woke up with one this morning. Plus she was miserable all morning.

She was totally not herself, so I knew it had to be an ear infection, strep or pneumonia. Ear infection wins. We stopped by Target to pick up her prescription. I made the mistake of walking down the shoe aisle with Emma. Ended up coming home with these beauties because her cousin has a pair.
