# winter break: day 6

Sometimes plans don't go the way you want... Monday night I think I got maybe 3 hours of sleep. Emma didn't sleep at all and was up all night running to the bathroom. Olivia slept through everything, but Braden and I did not. We tried to make the most of the day. Went to a delicious breakfast. Did a little shopping. Watched some glass blowing.... but this trip was doomed.

We did a quick stop at Walgreens to pick up some snacks and medicine to hopefully salvage our trip. For some reason Olivia always wants to buy dumbbells.

Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. We packed up and headed home a day early. It was a good thing we did because last night Olivia ended up throwing up.
