We used to laugh when it would hit 50 degrees and everyone would be outside. Today that was us.
bedtime
We told Olivia that if it was dark outside it meant it was still bedtime. Every morning she gets out of bed and checks that it’s light out before calling us. That backfired today at nap time when she showed me it is light outside.
emma’s morning out
We’re getting a new couch delivered between 12 PM and 4 PM, so we had to make our morning out a short one. I gave Emma a choice between swimming and shopping. She picked shopping.

Its crazy that 4 years ago today we moved to Minnesota with a 7 month old Emma!
fun in the snow
The snow wasn’t sticky enough to build a snowman… so we made a tunnel instead.
back to school
Yesterday school was cancelled and there wasn’t any snow until after 3 PM. Today I got to play the Minnesota game “stay on the road, don’t worry about the lines” also known as “Find the Road” while driving Emma to school. ❄️
snow day
Olivia’s school was cancelled today because we were forecast to get 8″ of snow. Instead of Emma’s morning out we went to the grocery store, the cat store and the library.
