braving the cold
-5 degrees wasn’t going to keep us from getting out of the house today. Emma has been asking to go to the mall just about every day since before Christmas. I was avoiding it until the shopping crowd died down.

Since Emma was doing dance we stopped going to gymnastics. About a month ago she started asking if she could go back to gymnastics, so I signed her and Olivia up. Last night was their first class. I have to do Olivia’s class with her, and it’s at
Emma is coughing again, so it’s back to the nebulizer twice a day. Olivia is sitting there with a mask on that isn’t hooked up to anything.
Here she is… drinking a slushie while it’s 1 degree outside. My nose hairs were icicles.
My Florida baby would go out in the cold in a sleeveless dress if I would let her. My Minnesota baby buries her entire face in her coat for the short walk from the car to the store.
I taught Emma how to play Go Fish tonight. We’ve been playing for over an hour.
Emma gets congestion and coughs a lot. Her pediatrician wanted her to get allergy tested to see if there was something else we could do. After a few months and 4 reschedules she finally got the test done yesterday. To us it looked like she was allergic to just about
We put on our jammies, popped some popcorn, picked up ice cream and drove through a couple neighborhoods looking at lights.
