Emma tried shrimp at dinner tonight. I mentioned to Braden maybe that was a bad idea at dinner time on a Saturday in case she was allergic. Not long after putting her to bed she started crying that she was itchy. 😩
Emma had a friend over this morning and then we spent the rest of the day at home playing. It was a pretty tiring and fun week.
Spring break fun continues with making clay trolls at the library this morning and a cooking class at the grocery store this afternoon. Olivia and I did some grocery shopping while Emma was at the cooking class with her friend.
We started off the morning with music class followed by lunch at Panera and then a couple hours at another indoor playground.
Luckily we got the boring stuff out of the way on Monday, so Tuesday was all fun with a couple hours at the indoor playground. After the playground we picked up a couple things at Sam’s. Emma LOVES having lunch at Sam’s.
Its spring break this week. We started off Monday morning with a trip to the car dealership to get some updates for my van, plus an oil change and new headphones. They told me 2 hours… which turned into 3. Luckily we brought backpacks full of things to do and
Emma has been begging for days to dye Easter eggs.
The girls watch The Princess and the Frog all the time. Emma has been asking for months if we could make beignets. Instead we went to a cajun restaurant that has them. Tonight Emma said “my dream came true and I got to try beignets”. ❤️ Olivia just licked the powdered
It was our annual egg hunt this morning. This year we moved up to the bigger field of 4 to 6 year olds.
Apparently the Mall of America no longer has the Easter bunny, so we drove 30 minutes to another mall with the same cute bunny. While we were there we got new lenses in my sunglasses, got a picture with the Easter bunny, rode the double decker carousel, got Emma running
