fall recap
Our fall was just as busy (or busier) than our summer.
This fall we - made lots more sourdough, saw the jack o lanterns at the zoo, rode rides at Mall of America, took Nana and Grandpa to Duluth, went to the RV museum in Indiana, took the girls to their first drive in movie (the girls watched the movie while Braden and I watched the FSU football game), spent lots of time with friends, went to the Annapolis boat show, started school, Erin played adult kickball (super fun, also slightly dangerous when you're in your 40s), celebrated Halloween, introduced the girls to Fazoli's (IYKYK), converted the playroom into a library, went the the reptile show and visited several museums and aquariums.

Emma - lost more teeth, played volleyball (which I coached - long story) and did gymnastics.

Olivia - played volleyball, spent lots of time with friends, went apple picking and played lots of chess on her beautiful birthday present from Grandpa.

It's been getting colder, snow is in the forecast which means it's time for us to go. Since our boat is in Florida we decided to drive.

After lots of discussion about what route to take and if we should do any sightseeing - should we stop in Chicago? What about a day in Nashville? I happened to throw out there what about New Orleans? We've never been AND we could fill out four states on my map. Win-win. New Orleans - here we come!
