Our snow has been melted for weeks. Today it’s back! They said we’ll get 4″, but have been completely wrong about every single forecast all winter. We’ll see how close this one is.

Emma asked if Braden could make ribs this weekend. She loves her ribs! It was way too cold, so we took her to a BBQ restaurant. They also have free ice cream cones!
Last night was parents night out. The last time we took Olivia they called me because she wouldn’t stop crying, so this time we didn’t even bother taking her. Instead she joined us for dinner.
Emma was looking through our bird book. She said “look… a black flamingo!”
Olivia got a hold of Emma’s donut from breakfast. She hasn’t gained any weight in months, so a donut for breakfast AND lunch won’t hurt her, right?
It’s crazy that 3 years ago today we moved to Minnesota!
I’ve been wanting to turn our upstairs loft into a library. I really wanted to splurge and have custom built ins made to cover the entire wall. Braden wasn’t as excited about that plan, so we compromised with IKEA bookshelves. Emma begs to help when we have projects
For letter G day at school her teachers asked for a self addressed envelope so they could send all the kids mail. Emma got hers yesterday. I loved reading all the things they wrote about her… and was not surprised talkative was one of them. That girl can talk!
I might have mentioned it before… at the beginning of the school year Emma’s preschool sent home a questionnaire. One of the things they wanted to know were her strengths. I listed out a couple things… fashion was one of them.
Luckily Olivia’s fever was short lived. She woke up at midnight fever free and has stayed that way all day. Hooray. Since I didn’t have to go to the doctor this morning we took a family outing to IKEA to look at bookshelves. Olivia is definitely back to
