We’ve had some rain. Actually... we’ve had a lot of rain. Three days of almost constant rain. It’s not just a sprinkle either. It’s the huge rain drops, hail the size of a quarter, pitch black outside in the middle of the day kind of rain.

I don’t know the last time I owned a bike. I don’t really remember riding a bike very much as a kid, only rollerblading. I’m also pretty sure I never had a bike with gears. Beach cruisers are more my speed. Now that Emma is without training

Despite several pleas from neighbors to keep the pool open one more week, the neighborhood decided today would be the last day. It was chilly and rainy, but there were lots of kids getting one last swim in.

We pulled into our driveway after 10 PM last night. Olivia tried to make it to the end. She even took her dress off as a last ditch effort to keep herself awake, but a mile from home she finally fell asleep. Today it was cleaning, laundry, a car wash

We pulled into our campground last night after 10 PM. This morning we had two options (1) make a 10 hour push for home, or (2) split our 10 hours into 2 days. We chose option 1 and away we went. We made a quick stop at a scenic overlook
