This week our town is having the annual community festival – Leprechaun Days. There are activities going on all week. This afternoon was the Blarney Stone hunt. Emma and Olivia collected coins and rocks to exchange for real money. Everything was worth a nickel except gold rocks, which were worth $1.
Summer seems to be quickly going by. On my quest to try every park we finally made it to #6 on the list. Only 13 more to go. We better get busy! After the park it was time for the pool.
It was a rainy morning, so we headed to the children’s museum… along with the rest of Minnesota.
She was so happy it was finally a pool day!
I think we may be raising a future hotdog eating contest champion! Olivia decided it was a good idea to dip her chips in her lemonade at lunch today. She also only ate the half of the hotdog I didn’t cut.
These girls can’t pass by a puddle or sprinklers without having some fun.
Olivia had her 18 month check up today. The doctor asked if she was saying any words. Olivia says a lot of words, like “shish”. I’m probably the only one that knows that’s “fish”. After her appointment Emma begged to come home and go to the pool. She
