Olivia started school at Emma’s old preschool today. She’s doing the 2 year old class that Emma did. Same teachers. Same room. Olivia had a blast! There wasn’t a single tear... unlike Emma who cried every time for at least the first month. While I had 2

Emma always wants to go somewhere. Anywhere. Bonus if we stay there for hours. Olivia is the total opposite. She’d rather stay home. If we do go somewhere she asks to go home after an hour. 🤷🏼♀️ Today I told Olivia we could go to the zoo, or the park,

I don’t know the last time I owned a bike. I don’t really remember riding a bike very much as a kid, only rollerblading. I’m also pretty sure I never had a bike with gears. Beach cruisers are more my speed. Now that Emma is without training

I can’t believe how much Emma learned this week... and it’s not over yet! One of her proudest accomplishments is riding her bike without training wheels. On Saturday she couldn’t even balance on her bike. By Monday she was riding around the block. She’s been practicing

Emma loved her first day of kindergarten! By far her favorite thing of the day was music. She wouldn’t stop talking about it last night, and had to tell daddy all about it tonight on the phone. Other close favorites were riding the bus and gym. This morning she

Just like that we have a kindergartener! She spent part of her morning admiring her outfit choice in the mirror. Asked how much longer until the bus got here while she posed for pictures. Waited for the bus with a bunch of neighborhood kids. Then she was off to school.
