We’re spending the week at my favorite Minnesota campground. We had an hour drive to get there. The girls rode in the backseat. Their dolls Ella and Marabelle rode shotgun. We didn’t waste any time getting to the pool. Followed by dinner with friends and catching lightning bugs.

Today we made our annual visit to ValleyFair. 50% amusement park + 50% water park = 100% fun. Poor Olivia. There were a bunch of rides that she couldn’t ride because she’s not 36 inches tall. If this was Emma at 2 and a half she’d be plenty tall

As part of our busy Saturday, before our trip to the art park, we spent some time in nature at the Fawn-Doe-Rosa animal experience? place? park? Whatever it is, we all had a good time feeding the animals... Olivia wants to take a picture at any and all of these

Busy and hot day today at the art park... Emma was so excited going up this hot roof.... but not so sure about getting down. The pitch was pretty steep.

It was a gloomy, rainy day. The best way to spend those days is at the mall riding rides and playing games.

There are tons of festivals around here. Some are better than others. This one surprised us and turned out to be a pretty good one. The guy explaining to the girls all the stuff they found in the pond.

We had a very busy and fun 4th of July hosting our 2nd annual pig roast. I think someone had a little too much fun yesterday. 😂
