We've lived here for three years and never been to the local amusement park… until this week. No surprise Emma and Olivia loved it! The amusement park also has a water park and a Rita's Italian Ice.
Emma has been super excited for months about her birthday party. It took a ton of work, but Saturday was the day! I forgot to take pictures of everything, so I only have a couple.
I can't believe just a couple weeks ago Emma wouldn't get her face wet…
Can't believe Emma is 4 today!
Tonight we checked out the fair they do during Leprechaun Days. It's only a mile from our house and this is the first time we've ever been.
Grits… it's what's for breakfast.
This week our town is having the annual community festival – Leprechaun Days. There are activities going on all week. This afternoon was the Blarney Stone hunt. Emma and Olivia collected coins and rocks to exchange for real money. Everything was worth a nickel except gold rocks, which were worth $1.
Summer seems to be quickly going by. On my quest to try every park we finally made it to #6 on the list. Only 13 more to go. We better get busy! After the park it was time for the pool.
It was a rainy morning, so we headed to the children’s museum… along with the rest of Minnesota.
She was so happy it was finally a pool day!
