It was our third year attending the Royal Princess Ball. There was lots of singing, lots of dancing, and lots of princesses. We always buy the VIP tickets. The girls get extra time with the princesses and a crown.

Olivia has been asking for a birthday party ever since Emma's birthday party in August. She requested a purple unicorn party... and that's what she got. Happy birthday Olivia!

We’ve spent all our Minnesota Thanksgivings, except one, with friends and their family. This year there is going to be 21 people to feed. Our turkey preparations started yesterday with brining three turkeys! This morning the smokers were going by 7 AM. Emma has been asking when the turkey

Third year in a row we went to our city’s Christmas tree lighting. The girls could really care less about the tree. They’d rather see Santa and eat a cookie. When we got back to the car Emma said “that was a fake Santa”. 😂

We had a lot of random things going on this week. Emma has western day at school. We had friends over for dinner and made homemade pizzas, including homemade fruit pizzas for dessert. I took Olivia to do an obstacle course at the library. Olivia thought that was the perfect

Our zoo has a special Halloween event going on every night during the month of October. The zoo is closed, but the carousel is open. There is no way we could walk by without taking a spin. The event lived up to its name and the 5,000+ carved pumpkins

We’re getting the most out of our 50 degree fall days. Today we got our pumpkins and had fun in the corn pit and pallet maze. Making corn angels. After we got home we took a bike ride. Emma really wanted to go to the park across the street.

This morning we said our goodbyes to daddy (who is staying in Florida for the week) and headed home. We had a total of 4 flights (2 there and 2 home) and the girls did amazing on every one of them! On our last flight today I let them get
