final full day
This was it. Our last full day in Mexico. We fed pigeons, counted iguanas, swam, drank pina coladas, ate ice cream and watched fireworks from our balcony.

Swimming with the dolphins was one of the things the girls were really looking forward to on this trip. Pretty sure they loved every minute of it... When we checked in they asked if we wanted to add on a sea lion experience too. How could we say no?

Our second day in Puerto Vallarta we did a tour to a private beach. The beach had a kids adventure park. They got to ride a donkey and do a zipline. We also spent a good amount of time enjoying the beach... and the open bar. Emma also got one

Probably my favorite winter activity... and today was the last day! Look at Olivia's face. All she remembers from last year is getting flung off the tow rope at the top of the hill, so she was pretty scared the first time going down. She ended up tubing

The last time the girls and I went to the zoo was in June. I have no idea the last time Braden was there, but today was finally made it back with the whole family.

ice palace maze
This was a first for us. An ice maze made of almost 3,000 blocks of ice. The girls had fun doing the maze over and over, but I think their favorite might have been the huge ice slide (and the hot chocolate).
